From October 23–26, 2025, the XXVI National Conference of the Association of Cardiologists of Serbia (UKS) brought together leading medical professionals, researchers, and healthcare innovators for four days of exchange, insight, and progress. For the second year in a row, CONGRS had the honor of supporting this landmark event, and this year’s collaboration marked a significant milestone—for both UKS and for us.
We came in more prepared, with more features, and with one clear goal: to make things easier, smoother, and more impactful for everyone involved.

One of the biggest improvements this year was the streamlined registration and check-in process. From the moment attendees arrived, the entire experience was designed to be as intuitive as possible.
With CONGRS, the registration desk team had full access to real-time check-in lists and could, with a single click, generate and print personalized accreditations on-site. No more manual lists, last-minute lookups, or long queues, just a professional and efficient welcome that set the tone for the rest of the event.
Across four days, over 90% of approved attendees were checked in and accredited using the app, enabling smooth entry even during peak hours.This upgrade wasn’t just about technology, it was about removing friction and letting people focus on what matters: the content, the conversations, and the connections.

In a field as international and collaborative as cardiology, language inclusivity makes a difference. That’s why this year’s app featured full multilingual support, allowing users to choose between Serbian and English based on their preference.
This seemingly small feature brought significant value. It ensured that every attendee, regardless of background or native language, could easily navigate sessions, connect with peers, and stay informed throughout the conference.
Creating space for different voices and languages is more than a technical upgrade; it’s a reflection of UKS’s dedication to accessibility and professionalism, and we’re proud to have supported that vision.
Nearly 80% of all in-app activity was tied to the agenda and session pages, proving that real-time scheduling is not just helpful, it’s mission-critical for events of this scale. From planning their day to checking last-minute updates, attendees relied on CONGRS as their central navigation tool throughout the conference.Looking back on last year’s first collaboration with UKS, it’s clear how far we’ve come together. The feedback we received then directly shaped the upgrades we rolled out this year: from on-demand badge printing, to multilingual support, to a more intuitive user interface.
But more than features, it’s the shared trust and open communication between our teams that made this deployment so successful. UKS once again gave us space to grow alongside them, and we did our best to honor that trust.
As we look ahead, we’re not just thinking in iterations, we’re building toward a standard. This collaboration confirmed that CONGRS can support large-scale, multi-day conferences with precision, adaptability, and reliability. It’s a foundation we’re excited to expand on: bringing even more intelligent tools, personalization options, and data-rich insights to future events.
